The house is
on two floors and we have furnished it in a typical Spanish style.
Ground Floor

The kitchen
has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas
hob. In addition to the usual basics in holiday accommodation, we have
provided a full range of equipment for the keen cooks amongst you.
First Floor
- Two sets
of staircases lead to two separate upstairs areas:
- Twin bedroom and
- Double
bedroom with an en-suite shower room
All windows
have mosquito screens.
Outside
South facing
terrace with two covered seating areas, one fully covered in case of rain,
the other covered by a mature grapevine.
Steps lead
down to a sun terrace with a barbecue and further steps down to the pale
jade-green swimming pool (8m x 4m) with roman steps, and an additional
sunbathing area with sunloungers.

What is included
The prices
are per week, and are fully inclusive of all electricity and gas. Fuel for
the wood burner is available locally. We do require a refundable deposit for any major breakage
(see terms and conditions) which is payable on arrival.

we will provide
you with a welcome pack to start your
holiday. If you
require anything else we can try to provide this at cost price.
We supply
all bed linen, towels and beach towels.
We have
provided a variety of information
(see Out and About) of where to go
and how to get there, good places to eat, the best beaches to go to for
the day, sight seeing and ideas for visits further afield. There are
guides to the nature reserves of Andalucía and details of nearby footpath
trails.
If you

such as horse-riding, yoga or any of the events which seem to be a
regular feature of Spanish life.
