Terms and Conditions
Ø
Provisional bookings may be made and will be held for 5
days before the deposit must be paid, to allow you to organise travel and
transport arrangements. The booking is not fully valid until the completed
booking form and deposit has been received by us and we have sent
confirmation of this booking to you by e-mail.
Ø
On completion of the booking form a deposit of £200 or €280
(or 40% of the amount if a short break has been booked) must be paid to either the UK or Spanish bank accounts respectively as set
out in the Booking details of the web-site. The balance of the cost of the
booking must be paid eight weeks before departure. In the event of
non-payment on the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and
the booking deposit will be forfeited. For bookings made within eight weeks
the full amount must be paid after the 5-day provisional booking.
Ø
Prices are in both euros and pounds sterling, based on an
exchange rate of 1.40 euros to the £ sterling. Customers are free to choose
which currency to pay for the holiday.
Ø
We carry full public liability insurance for the house.
However, prices do not include your travel insurance (including cancellation
insurance), which is your responsibility to arrange.
Ø
We will try to accommodate any alterations you wish to make
after booking your holiday. The person named on the original booking form
must advise us in writing or via e-mail of any changes you wish to make.
Should you wish to cancel your booking no refunds will be payable.
Ø
In the unlikely event that the house becomes unavailable
due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund.
We will also endeavour to provide alternative dates or different
accommodation.
Ø
The house is normally available
from 4pm on the start date of
your booking and must be vacated at 11am on the day of departure. This is in
order to make the property ready for the next guests. In low season other
arrangements may be made by mutual agreement.
Ø
The property accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Under no
circumstances must more than 6 people stay at the property.
Ø
You are responsible
for any damage to the property or its contents, by you or any people you
invite to the property. On the day of departure the house must be
left in a clean and tidy state.
Ø
We cannot be responsible for failure of public services
such as water and electricity beyond our control. Additionally, we cannot be
responsible if the swimming pool is not in operation due to circumstances
beyond our control.
Ø
Any problems with the house must be drawn to our attention
as soon as possible in order for us to try and rectify the situation.
